Episode Description

#Primm, Nevada is located just 30 minutes from Las #Vegas and has quite an interesting history and story to tell. Buffalo Bill’s has long been the most iconic casino in Primm, however it has been closed since March, 2020. Thankfully Buffalo Bill’s has risen from the dead for 2023 and I’ll show you what it looks like today.

In this full Buffalo Bill’s Primm property #tour I’ll take you inside and outside of the recently reopened property. We’ll take a detailed look at the casino plus the hotel, arena, buffalo shaped pool and all of the rides including the famous Desperado roller coaster. Find out what is coming back and what isn’t plus why my tour gave me great hope for this beloved property.

  1. Primm is such a wacky little tourist town with 3 resorts that are Vegas strip level but are literally just 3 resorts with nothing but deserts for miles in all directions. I feel like a lot of people just right it off as a tourist trap but it is actually really nice and relaxing. Especially if you want Vegas level casino quality but don’t want the crowds that Vegas has.

  2. I never knew they expanded the sports book. That looked nice! Back when I worked there, the sports book was nothing more than a tiny little booth. The rest of the casino still looks the same except for the food court area.

  3. This place is such a serious shithole…

They need 10 more people assigned to maintenance and to fire all of the current managers. Nobody should run a business this way.

  4. i used to go here all the time, with my family, in the early 2000's / late 90's. i never got to see the place entirely operational, as the train ride that used to weave through the casino was running at one point (i think on one of my very first visits it may have still been running but it shut down soon after), but besides that i got to see every other attraction open. i rode the log ride and the motion simulator a couple hundred times. Finally my buddy helped me work up enough courage to go on the Desperado, that ride was really fun, but you could tell it wasn't Six Flags level, it had this really intense vibration to it, it was rough for sure! Still rode the Desperado 20x though hahaha.
This place used to be poppin man, there were TONS of people all hours of the night, tons of resteraunts, you might even go to Whiskey Pete's for a couple minutes to see Bonnie and Clyde's Car lmao xD.

  5. I was just there yesterday and you captured what I was thinking perfectly. So much potential and I hope they get those rides up and running soon. It made me so nostalgic walking around

  6. I don't know why Bill's gets so much attention. I always stayed across the street at Pete's. I liked Pete's. I hope it's still going. I did take the tram/shuttle/bus? over to Primm and Bill's' just to take a look. They used to have pizza $5 a slice over there which I always looked forward to for dinner. Usually a Sunday night coming back from Utah to Los Angeles and avoiding the ridiculous Sunday Vegas back to L A traffic jam.

  7. I remember getting rolls of quarters and sitting on the bridge shooting water at anyone coming down the log ride, LOL…..the roller coaster can still jar you in your seat with that first drop and turn. I really miss the buffet after a day of racing on the Player. Rooms were cheap and we all met at the hanging tree in the evenings. With the right investments and logistics around serious plans that place can THRIVE again. The recent construction around F1 racing destroyed the strip and cost even for parking is way overpriced. Stay away from the strip till they complete the track and head out to Primm and save some money and stress.

  8. wow, what a beautiful place, Its almost unbelievable that this has closed, considering Las Vegas is expanding so fast they can hardly keep up with the growth , I would think that the owners of some of the casinos in Las Vegas would see that investing in Primm could be awesome to bring growth to this area. even all the celebrities that played there in the past ,should all chip in to build this place up, like how blind do you have to be to not see it is definitely worth investing in. People seem to flock to places with sports events , wish someone could see what could be done. I know it takes a lot of money but there is plenty of it out there. maybe the owners of BB could contact some casino owners in Las Vegas and see if they would want to invest in building this place up. Right now Las Vegas is unsure which way they want to expand , duhh it would just make sense to go to Primm . thank you for the up dates. once some one wakes up to the great opportunity .that place will grow so fast. hope its soon.
