2 days ago I posted a video outlining the damage falloff issues with Tarkov’s new ballistics system. Today, during the maintenance, it appears BSG has fixed the damage falloff issues that I had been outlining.
All of the new tables and updated data can be found at

Wait so did they do all rounds or just the big boys?? 762 ps has been completely trash this wipe and thought it was just me just as I thought when I discover scav guns destroying MOA
good work dude.
Sorry to piss on your party but Trey24k put a video up at least 10 days ago brother about the ammo being broken but Your content is excellent so keep it up
I remember Nikita once saying, that if we are unsure if somethings is a bug or a new feature, we should just report it anyway….
And I think thats what happened with your vid
to be fair a most of the meta ammo has IRL good pen because of high velocity and good ballistic coeficient, so it should be fixed in game has well
So 5.56 is viable again for long shots?
Sounded like the SKRA Lords intro XD
I get that it's just video game logic and balancing at some point, but It's probably more likely to do more damage at 200-300 meters distance at some point because the round might not full pen the target and would be stuck in their body, although it would be way less effective against armor. Seems a bit too unrealistic for a 545 round to the face to not kill someone at 200-300 meters. I mean lets be real here, that's obscenely unlikely right?
nice, didnt expect them to fix it so quickly
Toot Toot
Don't mind me I'm just here to toot onepeg's horn.
So is that t-shirt a hidden sponsor or u just really like Samsung
Hey everyone I just killed a scav with 855a1 on him at woods so be even more careful of scavs with adars now
There should be zero damage drop off on a rifle at 100m that's insane
Bsg pur effort in the game???
This has to be fake
To be honest when I read the bug fix I thought of your video
We did a thing!!!
Everything should 1 shot to the head unless the helmet stops it. Wtf is this BS that BSG is doing. SMH 🤦♂️
NEWWWY NEWWWWSS!!!
Hi onepeg
This is something I remember Klein, Jesse, and Desmond talking about when they were running together during the drops event.
Nice work dude they heard you.
Is it relevant how much muzzle velocity the gun has?
For example AKS-74U has 735 m/s and AK-74N has 910 m/s.
What Velocity does count now the Bullet V. or Muzzle V.?
For all the bugs that exist in the game, this was the only one I liked -_-
Still doesn’t even make sense. A headshot should be a headshot no matter the range if it doesn’t hit a helmet.
Next task : report the ergo exploit on canted scopes…it’s back again. Empty 30mm Ringmounts with deltapoints on to top and canted only again … pls peg😘
Onepeg for Tarkov President 👍 to vote!
I'm gonna start 'peg'ging instead of 'pog'ging.
..wait
Lmao why are you acting like you were the only one who knew anything about this? This stuff was being talked about on the first day of drops lmao
meanwhile i got shot in the head twice and lived… for about 5 seconds
but I still cant killed rogues with headshots on 200m with M995 🙁
I mean, there were constant posts about it on reddit for a few weeks… I dont think it was your video that did it.
It's great to see a developer who's so in tune with its community, how quickly they resolve bugs yea the game might be in beta for the last 5 years but it's more polished and content rich than any AAA game that's came out in recent memory
No offence but a part of the community was already aware of this before your video came out. Reddit posts were made and streamer Trey24K was probably the first who did a video about it
You didn't fix anything. You found a bug. Massive difference there.
