The big story is the lying cop (big surprise!) and his weird idea of “respect”. Evidently, he expects it but does not give it. I give what I get and, in this instance, inform him why I have no desire to please him.
This lady was interesting. She asked the cops to take her to jail so we wouldn’t film the interaction. She could have just not said anything, and things would have been fine – and probably not gotten onto YouTube, where she threatened us if we put her on it.

Funny. I’ve watched hundreds of videos of people filming in public and I’ve yet to see a photographer throw a citizen to the ground, beat and punch them, twist their arms behind their backs and handcuff them, kidnap them and put them in a cage. But I’ve seen dozens of cops do all these things to people. Yet this crazy lady is angry with the photographer, not the cops. Real bright.

You were good 50-60 feet away when he turned, approached and accosted you blocking your freedom of movement. It also is a form of prior restraint as he, just like last time, claims to have precognitive abilities and knowledge of your future intents.
Also, when a murderous nazi thug blatantly lies to other members of public about your personality or intents in order to gain a reaction, that’s defamatory statements that you can sue for. When I was a kid the vast majority of consensual police contact was NON INVESTIGATORY and casual. They treated us appropriately back then.
