She was probably drunk and extremely high on mushrooms or something like that and was so scared the police would arrest her for the substances in her system and in the house and she may think she hallucinated what happenedthen realized it had happened went into a katatonic shock once she came. I was in a similar situation once and so I get it to an extent.

I really hope this sweet girl is getting the help and protection that she needs. You missed several key points in this affidavit. The roommate was shown a pic of Bryan and identified him from a photo line-up. Of course, the DNA on the snap wasn't the only DNA they have on him. An affidavit gives just enough evidence to arrest and charge the suspect. If they release the affidavit to the public and try to find an impartial jury, with all of their cards exposed, good luck. Bryan will get a mistrial. The police made multiple traffic stops while Bryan was traveling from WA to PA to see if he had any healing wounds on his arms, but he was wearing long sleeves each time. They were watching him 24/7 to try to get him to throw away something of his. The police even watched him clean his Elantra out at 4am and empty the trash into a neighbor's trash can. Your source should talk to @DutyRon. He and his team of experts have laid out every detail of this affidavit. Not that anyone will even read my comment, I just felt that these details needed to be brought to light in a case that needs to be brought to justice with the facts.
