An improvisation for two guitars, accompanied by found sounds sampled in Koala Sampler.
These improvisations are a form of meditation for me. I try to just let go and see where the music takes me.
This time I was influenced by the way some of my creative music therapy clients use the Koala Sampler app. They don’t think much about the process and rules, they just dive in and make music. I sampled sounds in my room and used them to create the backing for this piece. Then I did two guitar improvisations.
I’m playing my old Godin guitar which has been neglected for years. It was like reuniting with an old friend.
