Broken Pieces – Apocalyptica feat Lacey Sturm || Bass Cover

Hello everyone,

One of my personal favorites and Lacey’s voice is God – tier on this one.

I improvised a bit, because I was not quite sure what the correct bass line is, since the original one is played on a bass cello and I couldn’t find the score or anything that resembles to it.

Furthermore I was not able to track down a clean/accurate bass cover of this song on Youtube, so I hope that this will be helpful for anyone interested in learning it.

As usual, plugin used is Parallax by Neural DSP with no overdrive and Multiband Compressor.

Bass was used in passive mode with tone leaning towards the neck pickup (75% – 25% ratio).
