Broken hot cucumber

Ingredients:

Cucumber – 800-1000 g
Sugar – 1 tbsp

Marinade:
Garlic – 5 cloves
Hot pepper – 2 pcs
Green onions – a handful
Sesame – 1 st l
Black pepper – 1/2 h l
Vegetable oil (hot) – 100 ml
Soy sauce – 5-6 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar – 2-3 tbsp
Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp

Cilantro (or parsley) to taste

I put cucumbers in a bag and break them up to deep cracks, then cut them into convenient pieces, sprinkle with sugar, mix and send them to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. I’m making a marinade. Finely chop garlic, hot pepper and green onions, put them in a deep bowl, add sesame seeds and pour everything with hot vegetable oil. I’m waiting for it to cool down. I add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and oyster sauce. The marinade is ready. I take a bowl of cucumbers out of the refrigerator, drain the excess liquid. I pour the marinade into a bowl with cucumbers and add cilantro. I mix everything thoroughly. Done. You can eat right away, but it is better to put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and wait until it is marinated
