That cat was owned by jr Hayes for many many years. It was a well maintained. It’s a legendary model. Very reliable, they can accomplish a copious amount of work many of them still in use. They do require continuous up keep.
This is off topic, but I've been out of excavation work for a long time 12-14 yrs. I recently started checking out equipment prices, and they are 100% out of control. I'll rent for now😂

Not the end of the world to put a replacement track frame that side , if the price is right , looks fairly straight otherwise
