We leave no one behind. We will come and get you. It's our way of life. Every single citizen is just as important as the president. Navy seals and army rangers are the best in the world hands down. There non stop training shows that. They are always training to get better and it shows every time there called on. Respect.

It just shows you that the American Military is SECOND TO NONE! Whether it’s Navy Seals, Army Rangers, Green Berets, Army Delta Force, Army Night Stalkers, Air Force Pararescue, Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC), or other Special Operations Groups you can depend on these units to pack a punch!

They're all dead… my friend Nicholas cheque was there. He died in Afghanistan on a different rescue mission. Kicked in a door then took a round to the head. Died on the helicopter goin out. The others all died in a helicopter crash.

If you kidnap an American, you're not getting a penny. We'd rather pay millions to make sure you don't wake up than pay a terrorist! We don't not negotiate with terrorists, but we do send them special forces! As a retired lieutenant of the USMC I know the roe, and kidnapping an American is one of them.

DEVGRU <a.k.a. SEAL Team VI> carried out this operation. They are also the team who carried out the rescue of Captain Philips off the coast of Africa.
Team 6 is what as known as a Tier 1 operations unit. They are one of 3 <known to the public> classified Tier 1 Special Operations Units, and do not follow the standard US Military chain of command. Their orders come directly from the Oval Office. The names and number of operators are classified. They have their own specific budget from the DoD and for the most part operate under anonymity.
I am a Navy Vet and have known a few SEAL members. My Dad has worked with them as well. They always were the silent professional. Many still are. Many have decided to start writing books detailing their exploits. But I am damn glad we have people like that. I'm damn glad we have our Brethern with the SAS who have inspired and mentored these warriors.
I knew the SEALs were some bad MOFOS when I was talking to a teacher of mine in High School about them. This man served in the Marine Corps for 30 years. 3-1/2 tours in Viet Nam – A mans man. I asked him what he thought about the SEALs. His response was rather emphatic "Thos guys are fucking nuts! I wouldn't go messin with them"

They don't leave anyone alive. Nobody gets a chance to get a shot off or harm anyone with a hidden weapon explosive etc. In Iraq, as an Army soldier, SEALs were like Rockstars. You are sitting at a checkpoint and in a Humvee sweating your ass off with 100 pounds of gear and bullets and a black SUV pulls up with tinted windows and out steps the most heavily armed bearded dudes in baseball caps with earpieces in. They stop, grab water and use the bathroom, get back in their SUV (with AC), and drive ahead of all of us waiting and leave. I was jealous of the AC and beards as I looked down at my M249 machine gun and sat there sweating my butt off waiting for clearance to leave.
That scatching noise she heard was the silenced seal weapons . I think its wonderful and somewhat ironic that on that night of the rescue she prayed to her mom to ask God to send help….. And he did, Angels from above in the form of the men from Seal Team 6.

I am a US Marine Vet and a have a few Friends that are Seals and it was amazing when we met over Beers that they had as much respect for me as I have for them. A bond that will last for ever, Semper Fi💪

The US Navy Seals make me proud to be a former sailor. And Seal Team 6 is the elite of the elite… Just knowing these silent heroes are out there, I can rest at night.
