Weve been testing AI controlled fighters like the F22 and human pilots couldn't take them down. The AI jets took the human pilots down every time. Humans cant fly the F22 to its limits without passing out. Where AI jets can fly to the limits of the F22
The US doesn’t give many planes because you have to train people to fly them properly. F35s we sell do not have to top equipment . The money we give is Russian money we froze so they can use it we also gave a loan with that money that helps pay for it . Might bite us in the ass in the long run.

Just because we're donating advanced equipment to Ukraine, doesn't mean they know how to use it. Recently, Ukrainian forces shot down one of their pilots flying one of our jets (an F16), using one of our anti-aircraft missiles. This was in error of course, but one of their top pilots died because of this.
Too many people are too fat to join the military these days.
When you sign up for the military, you get free education in return for your service. This could be in the form of a university degree or knowldege in a trade that makes you very hireable when you get out.
Some people have in them a strong need to protect. These people may become career military. Still others are motivated by patriotism. Others join for the ability to travel the world. There are many reasons people join.

There is a video from Task & Purpose detailing the actual spending by China, which is significantly higher than report in this video, and is much closer to the USA. That being said, China lacks experience, and their military technology is alleged to be inferior in quality and up to 2 generations behind the USA, according to T&P.

A lot of USAF aircraft need two pilots, and all pilots need rest; the idea is to have enough pilots that the available aircraft can be used 24/7 with aircrew that have crew rest where they won't be dangerous to themselves and others due to being tired. When you look at USAF aircraft, you'll see a name on them; that isn't the pilot. That is the Crew Chief; that is the person who actually 'owns' the aircraft; they let the pilots fly them, but they are in particular personally responsible for that aircraft being ready. This isn't just a USAF thing; all branches of the US military do this the same way. The Crew Chief owns the plane; the pilots borrow them for missions.

We have carrier destroyer groups that go with our aircraft carriers specifically for that reason
Carriers wont sink with a hole, in WW2 the biggest German battleship to like 12 torpedo hits and was fine, they are compartmentalized.
America's a rich country that's sitting in a trillion dollars of debt 🤣🤣🤣 but I'd much rather be in debt with the world's most powerful military than to be rich with a crappy military

The number of pilots being greater than the equipment asked for a continually refreshed set of pilots to provide continual coverage. The lower the pilot to airplane ratio, the higher chance it is for fatigued pilots. Higher fatigue=higher accidents or mistakes.
