North Korean rank and file are basically untrained. They rarely, if ever, use live fire in any kind of training and rarely, if ever, use any kind of vehicles in training either. Mainly because both bullets and fuel are in constant shortage. Defectors speculate that the unspoken reason for North Korean hostility to joint military exercises by US/South Korean militaries is that they fear the morale hit caused by the vision of their mortal enemies freely using both fuel and munitions for practice.
And how many of the North's people would defect as soon as they could???🤔
21:49 // yes, if NK launched any type of attack on SK or especially Japan, the united state is bound by treaty ( which is ratified as and as such has the force and impact of law ) to go to war on their behalf. South Korea yes I’m sure we would as they are an important Ally in the region, but especially for Japan. The surrender and treaty Japan signed to end WW2 stipulates that the U.S is the power responsible for their defense. Really a good deal for Japan if you think about it.
Those 13,000 artillery pieces are just land based targets for A10's or AC130 gunship
You have tried beef jerky that was sent to you. If the US a few tons of beef jerky to the people of North Korea with a message that America wants them to know we care about them and their health. Food would talk while Kim's BS could walk out of North Korea. Those poor people are starving, drop food and see how fast the public would welcome South Korea and America.

I don't think anyone actually knows the amount of people living in N. Korea.
To put that in perspective for you. The Mig-19 was made in the 1950s!!! The rest of them being made throughout the 1960s and early 1970s. These are ancient flying fossils. They make the “old” A-10 look young. In a war between the two, the US would turn the Korea into an island.

The A10s are on the Korean peninsula. And besides the US other militaries arent around anymore to talk about how terrifying the "BBBRRRRRRRTTTTTT" truely is.
My brother, who recently retired after 41 years in active duty, 3 years and the National Guard, 38 years. spent about 8 months training with allied countries in the Middle East.
"1 US military personnel > 10 NK soldier" I don't know about that. I think I'd take ten guys with AK's (even locally produced AK variants) over one dude with an M4/mk18 whatever (edit: IF they have the will to fight to the death. Desert Storm showed what happens if the national leadership fails to correspond with the will of the people/average soldier). The difference is when you get up to the squad level, tactics and training, usage of light machine guns and grenade launchers… then we can also start talking about artillery, air power, naval assets…
Let’s face it. U.S. will never go to war with North Korea. South Korea will look at U.S. military and say, hold my beer.
When it comes to the number of troops it not as important as you'd think when against the US, South Korean, UK, Canada and other NATO countries.
For one you will have to count all of the troops in every NATO country combined since we mostly fight together. Secondly you have to take into account the much better training, weapons and equipment of the US, South Korean and NATO military. Thirdly the North Korean military will most likely be decimated before theres any US/South Korean boots on North Korean ground, meaning the majority NK troops will be KIA before they even get the chance to see a US/SK soldier.
The only thing we would be concerned with is that douchebag Kim Jong Un launching nuclear weapons against South Korea or Japan. But if he did decide to make the dumbest decision possible then that would be the end of North Korea
I'm a U.S. Army vet, and I served in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm. There were Iraqi doldiers coming out of the desert who didn't even know they were fighting against the U.S. Most we're starving, and their uniforms were in tatters, and they surrendered fairly quickly.
IT would be over faster than the 1st gulf war.

Wouldn’t be that way if North Korea stopped being a hermit nation with supreme leader who actively lies to its whole country about everything. That is why they’re not allowed to do anything. They actually believe that Kim Jong un invented basketball, pizza, hamburgers, sking, cars, ships, airplanes, jets, the nuclear bomb, modern rifles. They really Believe this shit too. They think America and the rest of the world are all barely making it and in north Korea things are way better. It’s really sad and shameful that he must completely close off his country for the purposes of keeping everyone in the dark about the truth that he isn’t a living god. That is the truth about North Korea. They Believe he was born on a mountain top, with a double rainbow and carried down by a unicorn and that he could speak fully like an adult and drive at the age of 1 years old, they believe all sorts of crazy crap.
Nk's is so dependent on orders from their director to make every move. Element him and its over.
