A BRITISH base-jumper has tragically died, plunging 29 floors to his death after his parachute failed to open.
Nathy Odinson, 33, of Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire is said to have climbed to the top of an apartment building in Eastern Thailand on Saturday night.

It seems that he was unprepared and in a rush doing this stunt ! If you are going to risk your life and others at least be a bit more professional & disciplined.

You can see why it didn't open. The strap went on the inside of the side strap against his body not free hanging off the back chute. So the chute strap would have to pull against the side strap. I seen that right off.

Don't know how the friend filming didn't catch that the bridle was routed through his harness. It was obvious that the main chute could not open.
While sad natural selection is a perfect normal healthy cycle.
