Brit base jumper plunges to death from 29-storey tower as parachute fails during stunt in Thailand



A BRITISH base-jumper has tragically died, plunging 29 floors to his death after his parachute failed to open.

Nathy Odinson, 33, of Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire is said to have climbed to the top of an apartment building in Eastern Thailand on Saturday night.

  1. I don't think any parachutists worth his salt would take the silly risk that this guy did just watching him prepare to jump I thought he must be m.a.d it looked like a plastic bag and not a parachute 😮😮😮😮😮😮

  2. You can see why it didn't open. The strap went on the inside of the side strap against his body not free hanging off the back chute. So the chute strap would have to pull against the side strap. I seen that right off.
