Btw James said that he was hesitant for clothings to have functionality, then people will only wear that as supposed to trying out different clothing option. Eventhough James didnt say anything about that in terms of candle hat, my guess is that he saw that people were just wearing candle hat all the time so that's why he nerfed it and make it harder to find.
