  1. Loved Shapez 1, so clever; ask what makes Factorio so fun, refine resources and automate the combination of them to end products and now simplify the game loop.
Shapez 1 has an Overwhelmingly Positive score on Steam.

  2. I must say I like the fact that they've made splitters/joiners integrated into the belts rather than separate buildings. Having to put them down every time you needed to split or merge a belt was one of the more irritating parts of the first Shapez.

  3. Note how the "Hole Punch" puts a support pole where it removes a part while the "Shape Cutter" doesn't? So if you want to drop a shape into an empty space, you need to cut the lower shape to have an empty section, not punch it to have support poles.

So first, cut the round shape into 4 parts, (rotate or trash the quarters you don't need,) put them back together to form the diagonal, and punch the (empty) quarter where the upper square goes (I'm assuming you can punch an empty quarter). For the squares, do the same but without the punching step. Then drop the "nothing, square; square, nothing" part onto the "circle, nothing; pole, circle" part.
