Probably, the one aspect of this story that can give the rest of us hope after learning this story, is that the trial is being lodged in civil court. Domestic violence is rationalized and justified violence, and it typically goes "untreated" because the bruises heal; death is unrecoverable. The lesson can be applied across any medium that puts a body in danger but our country has made itself the master of physical exploitation, while stealing oxygen by casting attention on other countries for our greed.
What will be interesting, is the fact that Gabby had "dreams", and dreams that might've made her parent's life easier in their old age with high inflation. In the day when farming was kind, the risk of the job were apparent and they were overcome by having more children. But, Eph. 6:4 can warrant the risk transference, an insurance point that should be important to at least the attorney being sued, to hired slaves. So, as is possible in my case, where even if those who demand my allegiance decide to throw a temper tantrum of their own like my ex husband, my daughter should be more than taken care of by the information I've reported to the courts these last 11 years. Millions, that is if the exfamily wants to finally love me and help clean the house rather hire an illegal immigrant to do it, they could try an old claim in pain and suffering, lost income of which all of the do gooders around me are most painfully aware. So, I see the civil law suit escalating to criminal, just as it did with Brian and Gabby, and still, the facts will never be known except we lost two more children to greed and power plays.

Who hasn't made comments like that when someone they care about is in a relationship with someone they can't stand or who mistreats the one they care about? It doesn't actually mean they want them dead.

Look at how she’s talking now, to save her own skin, yet when the Petito’s were desperately crying out for support, for information, anything about their daughter, silence was all they received, she’s lying, the truth needs no explanation
