I have an Ith deck, it's pretty fun. You don't need the fatestitcher to combo with wake trasher, however, just attack with your commander since he has vigilance and it can untap itself. Illusionist's Bracers is a great fit for similar reasons.
With Illusionist's Bracers Ith can untap himself and another attacking creature. This lets you exile infinite permanents with Mangara of Corondor, untap infinite permanents with Fatestitcher, draw infinite cards with Azami, Lady of Scrolls and so on.

I love Trove of Temptation for forcing control players to attack into me. It’s great!
For the Ith combo, Ith can target itself with it's ability, so you don't even need Fatestitcher!

I have a Mavren Fein vampire tribal deck, mainly because I love the conquistador aesthetic of the Ixalan vampires. It’s got a lifegain subtheme and a bunch of anthems to make my mediocre vampires a bit more relevant. Cathar’s Crusade is a house, and I’ve really enjoyed Pyre of Heroes to turn the vampire tokens or other crappy vampires into bigger and better vampires.

With Ith, Infiltration lens could be interesting as he can trigger the "Becomes blocked" before removing it. In the same vein, Tolarian Entrancer could be interesting. Also for Mavren, if you're going to put Halo fountain in, you could also put Rabble rousing, it could increase the number of tokens you have by quite a lot.

I have a Kazuul mono red "oops every Planeswalker" deck. It is currently playing every single Planeswalker except big Karn because I don't have him (including Tibalt The Chaotic). It's main win condition is using mass destruction spells to blow up everything except my planeswalkers. Fun deck that is so bad but sometimes wins if it can protect 2 or 3 decent planeswalkers before wiping everything

I'm really curious for Nihiloor, I built it together with my nephew (we both had a bunch of theft pieces) and it turned out to be miserable to play with and against.
Crackdown Construct also works with that infinitely large tap untap combo.

I fell like mace of the valiant would be a great fit in the mavren deck. I run it in my edgar deck and that thing is a house
combine Ith with mesmeric Orb. Attack with Ith, do the dance of tapping hin to untap himself. mill your deck until you hit a shuffle Titan. repeat until the shuffle Titan is the last card in your deck. Cast sevinnes recalamtion targeting thassas Oracle and win. ez 2 card combo that actually wins.
I'm surprised there was no mention of War's Toll for Kazuul. Probably the best card in the deck for him.
If you're looking for a game ender with Ith, get a Mesmeric Orb in there. It mills any permanents controller whenever they untap it, so you can mill your entire library when he attacks to Sevinne's Reclamation a Thassa's Oracle or something like that.
