  1. Speaking as an independent, and "Recovering Democrat"(may have coined the phrase), let me give a view from the middle. I would be happy to vote for either Trump or DeSantis, just like you JP. The question is which one has the greater chance of defeating the democratic nominee. It may well be DeSantis. The problem is that if Trump runs and loses, we might not make it to 2028 for DeSantis to take a shot. It is particularly dangerous if Biden actually tries to run again in 24'. A Biden win would be absolutely catastrophic. For me this goes way beyond party politics. Joe Biden is clearly senile. He's also clearly corrupt, on a level that has never been seen before perhaps. We need a unifying figure. My Democrat friends are much less venomous about DeSantis then they are about Trump. There is simply too much at stake.

  2. Everyone who likes Trump also likes DeSantis.
Not everyone who likes DeSantis likes Trump.
Which means, Democrats need Trump to run so they don’t face DeSantis. Dems will have to drop the J6 bs to make sure Trump runs -thanks to DeSantis

  3. I feel we need Trump in 2024, He's the OG Hard ass that will kick the ever loving sh!t out of BOTH sides of the aisle! Which everyone should love!? I don't get how you couldn't see that he is actually a guy who cares?? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ He certainly didn't have to do this job, he was and is still insanely wealthy and could have retired extremely well……but no, he took the job knowing he would take absolute sh!t for it! And he still did it at his very own sacrifice. GTFOH

  4. I have very much noticed in the circles I frequent for political discussion, that there is a rather large and vocal faction that have sharply turned against Trump, in favor of Desantis. I have been saying for the last 4 years that I hoped to see Desantis run for President after Trump was done with his second turn (which he should already be in the middle of), so I definitely am a supporter of both. But to see people turn on Trump after all the garbage he went through to fight for this country, is just disgusting to me.

I don't like that Trump is trying to start a feud with Desantis. For the life of me, I have no idea why he's doing it. But that's not near enough to make me just turn my back on him. People are actually falling for this narrative that Trump is like poison for any candidate he endorses, all because a few "lost". They ignore the overwhelming success of the majority of those he supported. Are people really this blind? Do they not know this is exactly what the democrats want? They are pushing the same false narratives that they have been all along, and suddenly people are just eating it up as fact, and turning to Desantis. And what happens if Desantis makes a mistake? Who will these people turn to then?

I agree, JP, we just need to be united, stay united, and focus on supporting those who fight for freedom, rather than trying to find reasons to divide ourselves from within.

  5. Sleep: try to get good sleep. It's more important than people think. We all get cancer multiple times during our lives. Usually the body's defenses are able to take care of it. But when it is overly stressed or sleep deprived, its ability gets diminished. Then the cancer can make more inroads and growth. It's much better to avoid that, especially as we get into the middle years and beyond.
(I learned this in med school immunology classes. )
We would like it if you stayed with us, and we appreciate your contributions to freedom.

  6. No, no, no, no!! Trump cannot be elected! He needs to stand down, otherwise we are going to have a Democrat in office for another four years! I appreciate what he did when he was President, but he will NOT win again. There is so much hatred for him. For the good of the country and for the good of the Republican Party, he needs to get out!

  8. Agree with all you said JP 💯! I'd gladly vote for either Trump or DeSantis but we should be united and not have in-fighting! Also correct the most formidable opponent is the corrupt establishment!

  9. The thought of a free election scares the democrats badly. Trump will never be allowed to actually run.
Democrats say Americans are free to vote however they are scared to let Americans actually choose who we want as a president.

  10. its a primary, trump gonna trump. dont act like a lib that cried about tweets when he drops adds. I like desantis but the primary is what it is. they have to fight to be top. and then we have to support them. tbh i dont care which.. but the deep state rino gop is back in power.. so good fucking luck trying to get fair election. the dems and gop will never let trump get close unless he gets so many votes that no amount of "found" ballots can change it. he would need 80-90 million

  11. I do not vote because I do not consent to be governed by someone else or to have someone else make rules for me to live by, on any side, especially if they don't even know my name.

  13. I would prefer to vote for Trump as POTUS and DeSantis (as his VP).
If not possible: Trump as POTUS and Candace Owen (as his VP).
If not possible: Trump as POTUS and Ben Carson (as his VP).

  14. I think they both should run. The big thing is they should agree in advance not to cover each other with dirt during the debates, and show the world how mature they are.

  15. Trump abused the disabled community. Called many suffering people mooching. I cannot vote for Trump but will vote DeSantis in primary. Sad to see blind Trump Worship.

  16. Is it not true that democrats out number the other party? Is it not true that if everyone who could vote actually voted then democrats would win every time(assuming people vote along party lines). Is that not the sleeping tiger the republicans face? If the elections are not fair then where the documentation supporting that fact? I would like to learn and change my views if I am mistaken. Send me a link. Send me anything supporting your claims.
