Virginia authorities say a six-year-old is in custody after he allegedly intentionally shot his teacher at a Newport News elementary school. The teacher is expected to survive and no other students were injured.

Release the parents or guardians names. They are ultimately responsible for this. Stop talking about the kid. Talk about how/why he had access to a firearm and how he was able bring it to school. Was it Criminal negligence for the non proper storage of a gun in a home where minors are present? Was the gun registered if so to whom? Was the firearm loaded buy the child or was it found loaded? On and on..
