  13. I don't think it's actually such a long shot that a tabletop exercise would happen within 6 months of the event happening. They have these types of exercises regularly. I used to work in disaster planning. Tabletop exercises are a normal part of this, and ideally are set up to reflect realistic but worst case scenarios. I would anticipate that those planning a high level health focused exercise would be on top of current infectuous disease concerns, and a coronavirus pandemic was something that ID experts had been concerned about for a while.

    Do I think it was man made? Absolutely. But I am less convinced that it was planned.
