I live in WV and I can show you just how far the rabbit hole of corruption goes in the capital city
Judges,cops, even attorneys in this state
But that is no grounds for qualified immunity
Is that because they have qualified immunity I say so, That's why they should no longer have qualified immediately,get rid of it.
How does qualified immunity apply to abuse?

This just shows you the general good nature of most citizens. This kind of stuff happens all the time and yet, most citizens are NOT reacting violently. It's the COPS that react violently 99% of the time.

They will absolutely assert qualified immunity. If it hasn’t been clearly established by another case, how are they to know that it is wrong to rape parolees.
Yep in Sacramento Probation officer was sent to prison for Raping women on probation under the Color of authority & several State County & city area cops got sent to prison for the exact same thing
NEVER go to the Police when they commit crimes – Take your recordings Vids etc to the MEDIA put them on FACEBOOK or YouTube or TIKTOK REDDIT etc
Never trust the police to investigate themselves

I absolutely believe the officers will claim Qualified Immunity. I also absolutely believe any halfway decent judge will say "What part of intimidating a witness and tampering with evidence of a crime do you think is part of legitimate police business?"
This is such important work that attorneys do to hold government officials to account.
It is sickening how government agencies are packed full of people with no integrity and often foreigners who don't even have the basic American values that we have in this country. This kind of corruption is common in other countries in these foreigners bring it with them.
