My only issue is this doesn’t fix our football coaching IQ. We like to receive the ball first which has put us in quagmires all year long. Notice how bad we play right before the half, giving up points or dead possessions where offense doesn’t have the ball. Then halftime where they stay cooling off, then second half where we start on defense which is usually a long drive which in turn keeps our offense on the sideline. By the time we get on offense we punt which leads to another drought of time of possession. During this time teams are scoring two to three times unanswered consistently. We tend to get few second half possessions while giving up too much. These next two games will show more flaws in coaching. That’s my biggest gripe with this decision and beyond. I just don’t see anything positive from this regime other than selling overpriced tickets to other fanbases. Like everyone else I just want to win but I’ve noticed the coaching needs to try to help by actually game planning to win. RN4L🏴☠️☠️🏴☠️

It's a good move financially. They can get someone to play just as shitty as Carr for alot less money. Forever every pass he completes he has missed 3 wide open receivers. Hell with it, time to move on.
If the new QB beat 49ers and KC or at least looks decent Carr will soon be forgot, but I seriously dont think so.
More than Likely the Raiders will be making wholesale change after SB.
The only starter on offense who might stay is Adams but he wants his ring too so who knows.
If Carr is gone next year the future Raider QB will need to know how to play in the cold, so Im thinking Mac Jones.
