Rosewater lied (kind of) the new set doeessn't have a card With protection from everytthing which would have worked with priest.
It gives the player protection from everything for 1 turn instead. which is way more reasonable

Ok, buy what if you rand that 2 mana Kor wizard that whenever you attack you gain all abilities of creatures you control. It also has vigilance so it would give vigilance to your creature, while also gaining Indesc, Lifeline, Death touch, Double Strike, etc. from the other buffed out creature. xD

I made a dexk with the priest and had a hard time getting him in hand. Some games i mulliganed to 3 carda haha
I'm a little sad that some of these games aren't as competitive, but I guess that what happens around gold rank. It just feels hard to gauge the power level of a deck when you end up playing solitaire against budget players.
I'm running priest with fynn the fangbearer and heavy on the trample, deathtouch and double strike hits. It kills very quickly.
The key to making keyword creatures good is apparently adding even more keywords
