What do you want the Jets to do at RB to replace Breece Hall?
Ground N Pound
Avt out for there year
Dillon for Moore would be a win for the jets, not the packers. Akers is a hard no. Khalil Herbert would be my favorite pick but will be costly, 2nd favorite is D’Ernest Johnson because he’s good and would be cheap
D'Ernest Johnson… he was electric when he had to start.. will be cheaper then Hunt, and I belivee he is much younger too…
I would love to see the jets try and enact a wildcat type of offense. Zach Wilson, Michae Carter, Braxton Berrios…. every other play becomes a QB option run….
Breece on that 62 yard run was the fastest ballcarrier in the NFL this year
I would never trade more than a 5 for a rental rb
in 12 package, two TE and two outside WR, how do you put Moore ahead of Corey (bigger/better blocker) and Garrett, taller and I think higher ceiling? Moore has to accept being a slot receiver, which he doesn't seem like he wants to be
Zach stinks and you will win exactly 0 games in the playoffs if something doesn’t happen soon with Zach. Stop making excuses for him
Bam Knight!!!
Jamaal Williams somehow perhaps?
We have a very young team, Douglas drafts extremely well, and our players have nothing but time to grow. We can afford to trade a 4th, 5th, or 6th to bring in a RB and Guard. We also have CB Bryce Hall as a trade piece who I believe will be traded due to him being a healthy inactive in yesterday’s game against The Broncos.
We should be actively pursuing Kareem Hunt, and an additional Guard with AVT being done for the season. I have faith in Joe Douglas’ ability to turn shit into sugar 😂. We’ll be just fine! In Joe we trust! ✈️🆙
Have to be aggressive. Kareem hunt or James Robinson
AVT out for year too
No, Jake. You want short term solutions for foundational problems. This is a futile exercise that the Jets have chosen for years. Let Joe Douglas stick to his process.
Well AVT is out for the season now as well. We’re in trouble.
Please don’t group Hall in losing some of these other players as he’s that good. Happy we won, but devastating loss and Carter and 2 others will need to pick up the slack.
I’m good with the hunt trade. He was a stud for KC. Different story for KC if he didn’t have the assault charges. They may have beaten the Bucs and would probably beat Bills this year. He is a beast.
All i am saying is the Jets better not collapse.
Zack didn’t play great- but he did have some crazy pressure where he just ran for his life. Flacco would have been sacked 10 times and I’m sure fumble at least once.
Dont they have a good RB on their practice squad ?
Oh nooo 😑
So what's gonna happen vs NE? Zach must step up and win the game on his own
Id like Hunt
Let's put things in perspective. The next 3 games are against division rivals. Both head coaches are defensive gurus. Our offense will need to step up big time. The most important thing is to avoid turnovers and the 3 and out offensive possessions. We can easily be 5 and 5 or cementing a playoff spot.
I agree we should expend a pick a proven runner. You can only fit so many rookies on a roster and we hit the jackpot last year. We have picks to spare and we can win now with a good runner. Zach has a ways to go before I let him throw 45 times per game.
never thought id say this.. zack wilson is no mark sanchez
Get content since Moore wants more touches I would create more sweeps and slant plays for him
Bam Knight could be brought up.
Stand pat rt now Jake… I love Carter… so he can carry load and bring in Bam see how he does with a few carries. Ik you feel differently. But I don't think they send draft picks anywhere
Josh Jacobs would work. So would Antonio Gibson
Its real simple. Get the ball out of Zach's hands fast as possible. Design short fast reads. Keep it simple. 2.6 secs.
Tevin Coleman?
Zak Wilson has to be better, throw the ball downfield, these slants, dinks, dumps are going to be jumped by Pats DBacks squatting on there present offensive passing scheme.
avt and breece….it is unimaginably tough being a jets fan
Really needed Jake Asman’s words of reassurance about Breece’s comeback. He’ll be back next season playing like a beast. And eventually, he’ll return to peak form. For him, I’m willing to wait. It all just sucks though.
I legitimately feel bad for this kid definitely believe he would've been a top 3 RB by the end of the year…
Avt season ending injury just as significant as Breece Ball injury
I'd line T Johnson guy from Cleveland. He's younger.
Poor Breece Hope He Heals Well and has a Long and Special Career 🙏🏻💚
And like you said Jake let’s get another RB in the building.
In Joe D and Saleh We Trust 5-2 is Awesome. Let’s BEAT NE.
TRUST THE PROCESS!!!!
becton, zach for 4 weeks, fant, AVT, and breece. this team is cursed man.
Zach for Back up 👆. We want Strevevlor!!
AvT should be replaced first. Have you seen the holes he created for Breece? Egg n Chicken applies here. We need to replace OL before RB. Missing the big picture.
Hey Jake, you know as well as anybody, this sport is brutal, and violent…. yeah it's sucks with injuries all teams have them… These guy's aren't gonna crawl into a fetal position, this you know…They better play Knight with Carter,, he is a monster also… I wanted him on the team from jump street.. Knight!!
Just got Robinson
Dude it's 3am and you're cracking me up with these timeouts!! I start laughing and wake up my wife … stop it!!! 🙂
