Florida – when I think about it- and its topography is so much more conducive to hurricanes than are the huge mountains of North and South Carolina, with their raging rivers, gigantic mudslides, towering fallen trees, burst dams and bridges. A hurricane on top of the Appalachian mountains, is no comparison to the sandy, flat lands and marshes of Florida where the land was made by God to withstand such storms. Still- prayers.
