Brazilian gunman opens fire on his father’s ‘killer' in court room

Horror footage shows the moment a man attempted to kill his father’s alleged murderer during his trial by shooting at him six times with a 38-caliber revolver before bashing him with the butt of his gun. CCTV video from inside the court room in São José do Belmonte, Brazil, shows the judges and jury members running for their lives after 27-year-old Cristiano Alves Terto, opened fire. Terto attempted to gun down Francisco Cleidivaldo Mariano de Moura, the man accused of murdering his father. After the gunman fired shots, the victim managed to stumble back, and miraculously escaped the strike as he ran for shelter behind the magistrate’s desk for cover. Terto was arrested the following day and was then sent to prison on remand. Moura was taken to a local hospital for treatment and survived his injuries. The attack comes after Moura had allegedly shot and killed his Terto’s father, Francisco Alves, on October 5, 2012 following an argument over a donkey. #gun #brazil #murdermystery
