What's a commander that you'd like to see in Arena to build around?
He needs to be moved to Hell Queue asap
I would have though giving first strike to a creature after the first strike phase would mean it wouldn't get a hit in during regular damage. I guess it's that way so cards that give first strike and draw a card aren't good in control decks

Yes! More budget stuff! Could you consider a budget Shadowfax deck? I feel like there are a ton of qualifying uncommons that woild be great (Shadowfax is my budget commander project currently)

any budget friendly deck with a multicolored commander that includes red please. your Atraxa brew showed us the good non-red uncommons. I am thinking crucias titan of the waves but you know better 🙂
Also I think you could alllow yourself to include one of each double color untapped land… any new player can craft those and use them later in any kind of deck he wants.
I love these "budget" builds! I always end up with more Uncommon wildcards than every other rarity combined, and building these decks gives me something to spend them on! 🤣

How can I find the decklist for your really cool Crime Deck you used on Shuffle Up and Play?
its a pity that mtga does not have a que for those who use budget decks and/or less used commanders so everyone isn't facing the same overpowered commanders witch causes a loop where the underpowered deck needs to power their deck and their opponents power up their decks eventually everyone ends up using the very similar cards and at that point its just who draws the overpowered good stuff.
for anyone not using the powerful cards since there is no que for it they usually end up with tons of losses which deters deck building and make them want to net deck the meta decks.
thanks amazonian for trying these decks for content so we can be entertained. i know its probably frustrating to play with uncommon and common cards

Suggestions for future budget brews: Alesha, new Ayara, new Pia, Braids, Drafna, Ezuri (the experience one), Gyox or Ulder Ravengard. OG Rona and OG Slimefoot (or maybe the alchemy slimefoot) are also pretty fun and underplayed cards.
There's also Kels and Neyith from jumpstart. I find Kels interesting but hard to brew/slow and Neyith is a blast to pilot, but might be hard to do a budget version
