It’s so sad to see them end burst like this for Americans they started so strong with the dual layers and switch strike were so good even sling shock was decent sure they stripped the metal but at least Geist had the dragon head gimmick salamander had the 5 to 10 blade gimmick xcalius had the sword extension gimmick hazard had the chain rebound gimmick all the turbo awakening beys have the burst stopper gimmick valtryek was given a rubber tip we had a better yard and absorb and quest s if you launched it at an angle simulates the suction cup ability and both revive and dread had the armor gimmick so even when the metal was stripped away some beys even still had gimmicks and they still looked good now they both perform terrible and look like a McDonalds happy meal toy even speed storm looks better then qd/qs and some beys had gimmicks like glide had the wings curse had the rollers jet could be free spinning world was dual spin mirage had rubber yes I know it’s so hard the gimmick becomes obsolete but at least it was there and exceed zone and mobius were free spinning and the zone attachment was functional again nowadays they look garbage and perform worse then FNAF security breach on ps4 suffice to say I’m glad BEYBLADE x wont get the has butcher treatment and i actually am pre ordering dran sword the stadium hell scythe and the launcher grip but yeah to has butcher I can only say sayonara hasbro you had a great start but tripped at the middle and stumbled towards the finish line

  18. The only hasbro releases i like in quadstrike are the pandoras and the hasbro exclusives because they're the best version of themselves. Sad? Maybe, but they're still good in concept.

  27. Its kinda sad to see hasbro cheapen out at the very end. And its kinda reflecting onto their other products as well. I feel like they ran out of ideas for this last season on how to make a stupid gimmick thats original lol.

  33. Hasbro beys look like burned , broken , drunk takaratomy beys. Zeal Achilles looks like Zest Achilles but made out of ashes . Spryzen looks like burst spriggan but made out of oil and ashes. Valtryek looks like what if Valkyrie fell off the horse it rides and it's helmet and Armor broke and the horse stomped it's head. Xiphoid looks Xcalibur but made out of frozen paint. Bellfyre looks like belial but after it got made it was put in acetone,acid, alcohol,black paint washed with water covered with wood ashes and then got dipped in oil , and boiling water same with every other Beyblade

  37. Imagine this though, if they had introduced THIS ultimate valkyrie in the anime instead, the scene of him making it & all the reference scenes are there & still showing all the originals valkyries on this ultimate to show what it took from each of them

  38. I mean… if they would kept the driver gimmick but made the beys still tt hasbro would had a w somewhat but.. this.! I might have to try using some of the hasbro driver on SOME tt beys just for the sake of SOMEWHAT better battles?

  40. I think Hasbro realized back during metal fury that they could remove features and gimmicks and get away with it. Hopefully Takara Tomy never lets Hasbro lay their filthy hands on this franchise ever again..

  42. I'm about to fall out of beyblade. I wanted to be a collector as I've loved beys since I was 7 and couldn't wait until I could collect them all. For all of my special days or birthdays I'd ask to get some and I continued to collect. My plan was to have all the protagonist beys and all the antagonist beys in my collection. This started good, but the problem was I grew up on hasbro. They gained my loyalty early, and it has been hard to break until seeing these monstrosities. I am now 15 and working my own job. I absolutely refuse to pour any more of my money into this company if it's going to continue to get this bad. You know, every year for the past 5 seasons I've said there's no way it can get any worse than this. Ironically I just don't seem to get that I'll keep being wrong.

    I want to switch to takara tommy who actually do their beys right, but I don't have the money to replace my collection and if I did indeed save enough… I wouldn't be able to bring myself to spending that much all at once on beyblade. For that I am seriously considering retiring from bey collecting. I can't put anymore into hasbro after seeing what they will become in quadstrike.

    Thanks zanyke for your honest reviews. There was a point when I was naive and didn't like you because you bad mouthed my beloved brand. Then there was a point of maturity where I began to appreciate your dedication to warning us about the corruption of the brand. I'll always continue to watch your vids as my heart does love beyblade but as for collecting. Until I see improvement in hasbro or get myself ready to start takara… I'm done!
