Boy Terrified After School Bus Driver Left Him at Wrong Stop

A lost child was desperate for help. Quincy Walker, 7, was riding home on the school bus like he does every day when he says a substitute driver dropped him off at the wrong location, after his mom says she gave the school district their correct address. He says he told the driver it wasn’t his stop, but claims the driver made him get off the school bus anyway. Quincy had no idea how to find his house but the child did recognize the home of his friend Max. So he rang the doorbell.

  1. I don’t wanna be that guy that says he is overreacting but when I was 5 in kindergarten the bus driver drove the bus back to where it was kept completely missing my stop at school. Got out and ignored me locked the doors and everything. Pretty spooky stuff

  2. Oh my gosh, that happened to me around 59 years ago. I was 6 years old. No cell phones, GPS, etc. Same street name, just on wrong side of 4 lane main road. A good 2 1/2 miles from my house, Scary…

  3. I'm a highschooler and this happened to me twice in freshman year and 3 times to my friend. I was afraid this would happen to the younger ones because kids like this one wouldn't know what to do and I guess it happened. Recently the bus drivers have been incompetent and doing things like this and it isn't just the afternoon bus sometimes the morning bus to school would be so late that I'm an hour late for my first class and I still get punished for it.

  4. This exact thing happened to me when I was a kid. The driver said I must have gotten on the wrong bus and made me get off. Luckily it was a few blocks from a friends house and his mom drove me home. I was probably about 8.

  5. At 7 a guy in broad daylight on Main Street hit me on my bike. I legit crawled away crying thinking the man was trying to kidnap or kill me. When your that young and something happens that throws you for a loop it’s legit terrifying.

  6. I once got on the wrong bus home, when I was in first grade, and the driver dropped off all the other kids and we didn’t go to my stop. I was about as upset as that little boy. Fortunately it was a very big thing at the time for little kids to memorize their address (and phone number), so I was able to tell the driver my address. He dropped me off right in front of my house. I will never forget the kind way he spoke to me.
