I bought the game after playing through the demo and was glad to be able to use my old save. Had to uninstall it because it was getting a bug fix every day. I really hope they fix it to where it isn’t updated so frequently.

you may not be short on food, but before long you're gonna burn through crazy amounts of fibre, and being ill prepared might grind your progress and this LP to a screeching halt. excess food is easy money. also grab all marble when ever you're on the crab islands. you will need it!

i never got the gay tiger, but somehow my island fillled up with weightlifting butch gals (and that blue wolf, running the bar). and sammy/matcha still does not want to move in with me. what am i gonna do with all those beds?
The Recycler can be used to get seeds for plants by putting in any of the fruit/veggies you gather (a lot of them don't drop seeds as far as I know so this is the only way to get most of them currently). Growing a bunch of different plants is a good idea for the fibers as well as (spoiler?) all the food carts you'll eventually get the research for later.
Also I recommend placing one of your many beds onto the 2nd floor of the workshop, just in case you want to use it after boating back late at night instead of running all the way back home or for taking naps to skip time while crafting (which doesn't always work at the moment).

btw. you dont need to put stuff into your character inventory to give to the townies. It's enough to have it in any chest.
Like with the fiber or the metal pipe. Just walk up to the people and you can give them the items and it will pull it out of the chests. Saves you alot of running ^^
Another inventory trick: When they ask you for new clothes or furniture, and you happen to have some in your character inventory, you can say "I have something for you" and open up the inventory, but if you look up you see two arrows next to "Player", you can scroll through your chests. For example to your clothes, food or your furniture chests 😉
The 1 – 5 on the boat are cruise control. just hit 1 – 5 on your keyboard and watch your boat cruise on its own.

I am honestly pleasantly surprised by this little game, I had no idea it would be this fun. I don't remember how many times I laughed at the dialogues. I can't wait what they'll do next.
