Alternate Joke: The Bass is the Melody from the tail end of "Breathless", the Track 0I from Lotus III: The Ultimate Challenge that would later serve as the basis for Megalovania's Opening Melody; I have mentioned it plentiful times since 20I6, yet somehow this track continues to go under the radar in the community, the original Amiga version from I992 will probably have to be skipped for a rip in exchange for the PC~Adlib/Soundblaster version being touched first as that one has the correct pitch and is easier to point out where Toby Fox likely siphoned the influence for his take.

It sounded like One-Winged Angel at first so I was so disappointed when I realized the track wasn't long enough for that to be the joke
