I truly believe the Thousand Sunny is pluton. Reason being is the battle franky ships in frankies flash back, they were all super small but did devastating damage, and franky was given the blueprints to pluton, you can't tell me he didn't study those blueprints for months/years and came up with a theory on compacting that ship to being smaller with the help of using wood from the Adam tree. What better way to make sure pluton isn't in the hands of the government than to burn the blueprints like he did in front of cp9 while simultaneously having the ship guised as a pirate ship that he will be with all the time.
