He is also the Chairman of Rockefeller International and Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Breakout Capital, an investment firm focused on emerging markets.

  2. The chief ministers are for handling local issues. Not Mr Modi. Even when he made the rule to link bank accounts and aadhar, people misled it as a way for govt to take their money. 😂😂 such nonsense exist. People get it from the representative who they elect. If they elect a person who takes carr of local issues, it is good. But it's not the center's duty to look into local issues. The people in congress states who cry about local issues should blame their chief minister not the PM. At least he's made every transaction between govt and people direct. One rupee sent is one rupee received

  12. He needs to understand the indian economy better.
    Giving opinion about india over a dinner or meal delicacy trips to refresh from newyork streets dont make any sense.
    Comparison to china and india . Can he think about india if no polling freedom is given what he mentions in the interview . In that situation if he was made pm what decision would he take to achieve growth,employment without handholding poor people and just say grow urself and fetch for urself. How would he manage the situation if he was pm facing the elections to manage the welfare and growth fiscal deficit .
    Can he define a good demand supply equation being a economist and investor with indian constraints .. surely he cannot.
    The financial equation post 2014 has changed . The pm has given a hope for the weakest link in this country to think, to grow,to question the government and also give digital freedom which was never given by other governments.
    He speaks for previous government performance . Well license raj was made by them only to make the normal people be at the mercy of powerful politicians including industrial people .
    BJP govt past 2014 has given the vision that is why we are rising so fast over the entire world .
    The aspirations of the people have risen because modi made people to demand their rights.
    Well on his comment many institutions controlled by the govt . Well no govt dared to privatise airindia or sell stake of lic because of appeaement politics.
    Airindia sold at a throw away price . As a economist or ceo of airindia just a hypothetical situation what strategy would he have devised to get better valuation whilst selling airindia .
    He speaks for growth rate , entire worlds growth rate was almost negative due to corona . India was still better and has been acknowledged by best of the worlds economist from IMF and financial experts from world bank . And not those economist gang who see india from a conservative lense.
    Second term he speaks about the fear in industrialist or investor mind by the government. Well indian government wanted to put reforms in place because the governments did not wanted businessmen to give false inflated balance sheets which could shake the indian economy later what happened in 2007.
    Also setting up standard norms for industry formation is nothing wrong . Its better to start late than a wrong start.
    India was no where in the startup domain . Today just from 2016 we are third in the startup ecosystem.see the number of unicorns in india .
    Well we need a balance of more manufacturing which is export oriented. Service sector most of the processes will be lost with AI .
    We need to be self reliant that is best which will create skill jobs and take india away from unorganised labour sector.
    Industries are coming to india. See the china next call which is preferred by other country businesses to come to india.
    Why he did not give the same advise to previous government of privatisation.
    Also women have been given more freedom and all equal opportunites to rise which is the need of the hour. Reservation for seats in parliament, responsibilities in armed forces ,corporate world.
    FDI well government wants that foreign investors rise the indian ecosystem, manpower skill upgradation and not only make money from indian consumer market and take money to their parent country..
    Also i would request the NDA 3.0 to give him one aspect business to help india raise 10 billion dollars and then we can comment or moderate the performance ..
    He says modi 3.0 doesnt have appetite to grow in two digits growth. Well that is why IMF ,world bank are praising us and india moving up the world country ranking in gdp .
    Secondly he does selective trip . He says maharashtra has gone down and asked question to UBT and AUT . Well he should have also asked what did they do for the 3 years when they were in power .
    Karnataka he says has developed . Most of the neutral observers will wonder that new government did all this in such a small time like making instant noodles.
    He missed visiting UP although and check their peroformance.
    He should meet more people next time and visit other states as well and give his expert advise and consultancy to them too..
    But one thing is very clear he discusses all things over DINNERRR……
    Democracy under threat over dinner in india .
    And indias robust positive growth over dinner in newyork.

  15. I am a regular follower of your YouTube channel since years and always have appreciated the contents that you produce. But the name of this video is so dis-appointing. I am not going to listen to this at all. You are comparing 3-time CM and 2-time PM with a person like Dhruv Rathi??? Why would a YouTuber like you do this? – to get more views? Or to show that you are centrist? This is beyond me.

    The problem with Dhruv Rathi is that he is a liar, he misleads people by saying he is neutral and working for good of the nation. He does not reveal that he works for AAP which is factual truth. He says that Aurangzeb was not bad, Kanhaiya Kumar was not part of Tukade-Tukade gang, why does India need good highways, Delhi really has good schools and the list is endless. He manipulates data, does not show all facts, he bullies other YouTuber who does fact checks on his video. This guy is so deceitful and mis-leading people and you are comparing him with Mr Modi – the elected leader of this nation?

  21. can you do a prodcast with ravish kumar, kunal kamra, and question them about the path of india in coming 5 years.
    and ask about a Common man who is educated has a degree in tech, medical(STEM fields).
    and have the same questions to a BJP supporter, with that can you ask why some of the BJP's mla have many many criminal charges and why they are hidden, why the are not completed, and why they fought in this election.

  23. No matter how 'nuanced' you try to be in explaining things it is quite clear that Nehru's policies both economic and military,were atrocious and have caused India to be so backward and disadvantaged vis-a-vis China even today
