The dust has settled on the first Farnborough Airshow in four years, and with this, we reflect on the ubiquitous post-airshow question: In the battle of Boeing and Airbus, who won? Let’s look at the numbers in today’s video…

It's ridiculous that Britain can hold the largest airshow in the world yet not get any business for themselves as their aerospace industry barely exists except for making some wings.
Yes they did.
Boeing VS Airbus Video Topic is Awesome Yes Boeing win this year's Orders against Airbus that's a good Move for them 100% Congrats Awesome Video Simply flying keep going man nuff respect to all your Videos on Aviation man Dream Big on Aviation!!!!
The Post-Farnborough order numbers are good news for Boeing. I think deliveries were equally important with 51 commercial jets in June 2022, It will be interesting to see how it all shakes out after Boeing has the MAX-10 and 777-9 certified.
tolle Story Boing-Fanboy!!!
I don’t understand how a crappy company as Boeing could make those sales, how can’t the world see that what matter is profit and not safety? Any way hope those max doesn’t crash anymore.
I feel, the winner is the one with the most deliveries. And the one, with the least "recalls!" Being on paper and being delivered are two different scenarios.
😂 Ryanair needs special b737
Do you agree ?
Everyone "won". Orders mean jobs. Jobs mean a stronger economy globally as both AB and Boeing source parts and services from all over the world (except for maybe Russia). Unlike the Airbus fanboys, I want to see both companies succeed. Competition is good.
Boeing never will win the same as Airbus
the real winner was Cessna
No they didn’t because they didn’t announce restarting production on the 757😜😂😂
Yeah, Boeing was on top this time. Delta would really have to explain their logic regarding the intrest in the 737-10 over the A321XLRneo because that's a little incomprehensible at the moment. Very very nice. Please keep coming out with more vlogs!!
Who WON; Airbus vs Qatar???
Which airline lost the most? Ryanair’s failure to order more aircraft pushes it further down the road before it’s going to see any new aircraft.
I’m so happy to see Boeing finally getting their game back together
Let me just say, nice work to Simple Flying on their thumbnails. They are always very eye catching!
The result for Boeing was a massive improvement from the past few. The worst before their major problems was in 2016 at Farnborough where they only got service deals done with airlines and no orders placed
Airbus were quite on purpose at Farnborough. They knew they will get the chinese order. No biggie. They thought, let boeing run with all, we are full. Let’s see how the “winners” handle max 10 which may not fly at all or if yes, it will be with delays.
Why only go to farnborough? Why not go even more back in time to Dubai air show? Who won there?
The sentiment has been that Boeing would be losing ground to Airbus on an ongoing basis and that Airbus would be basking in the sun from now on. The saga continues
Airbus
England 2-1 after extra time… oh wait… different event, sorry!
Well, ordering airplanes from Boeing just result in delays, poor quality and air crashes. I will certainly never set foot in the flying coffin that is the MAX.
Boeing sold those MAX 10s at cost
On the surface, Boeing won the numbers game at Farnborough. But I think the numbers are all for-show and don’t reflect the reality – it’s not like some airline CEO will go to the show, kick some airplane tires and say “I’ll take 50 of those.” Negotiations and back-and-forth happen months before the air show, and then the deal is only announced at the air show. Some airlines might say that they don’t want the announcement to be made at the air show for this or that reason. It’s only a show… and there’ll be another air show in another country and another flurry of announcements and so on. I think the real measure is the end-of-year numbers and, most important, the order book.
Noooo
We all know that Europeans will choose money over standing up to Chinese aggression.
Airbus is busy about the 292 A320neo for China.
Boeing won the number of orders. I am happy about that, but they have to revamp their management.
Certifications of 737 Max 10 and 777x are pushed away.
So glad to see more order the A220 the pride of Canada 🛩️🇨🇦
Who else is excited to see the 777-8, 777-9, 777-8F & A350F enter service?
We will see if Boeing can pull it off by certifying the 737 MAX 10; if not, Airbus will be in the lead for a few years. A real test for Boeing.
It wasn’t an air show without Aerosucre showing up to wow everyone.
Still scared of the 737 max 😬
Boeing selling planes it can't produce becuase its 1960 design…737 Max 10. Take those orders off the books!
Big time
Not sure but one thing I miss it all sad sad I m very sad I m , hope I don’t miss it next year
Boeing have been behind Airbus since the NEO forced them to rush the MAX through into production.
Well, I wonder how much discount did Boeing offer to get the MAX moving.
Well orders is cool but lets see them actually deliver it on time or at least not delayed by years for once
Good vídeo
I think the most impressive thing Boeing did, or at least their test pilot did, was taking the 777x and doing that 90 degree bank. That was crazy. You expect the pilots to show us the capabilities but was on some other level for a plane that size.
Note the big chinese Airbus Order befor the airshow and after the Condor over order 40 A320/A321Neo
