On Aug. 16, 2023, a woman was heard screaming from a busted-out window of a Park Hill home. Authorities quickly learned she had been chained to the floor. This is what responding officers saw.

What type of sicko chains a person to the floor.
It's great they were able to rescue the poor woman but I think the officers could have been a bit more reassuring and comforting towards her. She's clearly suffering a lot of trauma and has been for who knows how long, she's found literally chained by the neck and the officers barely even acknowledged her, or the condition she was in. Is a lack of care and empathy a job requirement for law enforcement in America?
