You gotta love the Snakes in the Grass that run NY state. The Empire corruption state !!! Pass laws in the middle of the night without public input or discussion; what kink of state is this ??? Make the people totally defenseless & dependent on the state to reward illegals & criminals !!! I hope they vote all of you out of office. I will be leaving the Empire tax state ASAP & live my life where the people needs and values are respected !!!

NY rushes through 6 more laws that are expected to work while the 9th Circuit has already ruled that 17-20 year olds cannot be denied the right to purchase them – that law is already DOA.
Since the previous laws have done such great work in preventing gun crime these new ones will have less than any effect on gun crimes.
Body armor is protected by the second amendment. Should get overturned in court.
I would heavily support any manufacturer that stops selling these constitutionally protected firearms to government.
I think that they are such pieces of s*** if the gun by makers did do that they'd go buy Russian or Chinese guns.

These laws in NY are ILLEGAL!!! Law Abiding Citizens be damned as criminals run free to do as they wish!!
They also added in that dealers in the state now have to allow the state police to have access to 100% of the facility at a minimum of once every 3 years or "whenever they deem necessary"…. for home based FFLs that means the police is allowed to come into your house whenever they "deem necessary"

Until the people in these states ball up and take a hard stand with arms this tyranny will continue. This falls on the voters putting them there and those who it bck and do nothing.
A friend of mine reminded me that, next month only guns that have the microstamping can be sold in California. Not sure of the accuracy. Will ask around.
I suspect this is another way to make gun ownership more prohibitive in the urine gold State.

I somewhat understand the ban on certain firearms to certain individuals, but what does body armor have to do with any of the firearm issues? Firearms and ammo mfg need to come together and stop selling to states like these. It may hurt them a little in the short term but it's an investment in their long-term survival.

You’d think now more than ever they’d want to make armor more accessible. I think even the people who support gun control can agree that banning the armor that protects you from being fatally wounded makes no sense at all.
I don’t own a gun myself, mostly because I’m a friggen klutz and would probably accidentally shoot my foot or something lol. But most of my family and neighbors own guns and it actually brings me comfort knowing if there was ever an intruder in our home, my family would be able to defend themselves. If the right for us to bare arms is taken away, I don’t think I’ll ever feel safe.
