Bloodsport is The Fakest True Story Ever Told! – Talking About Tapes

Long time fans will remember that I had to leave the Bloodsport episode of Rental Reviews to fight in a very real Kumite. Unfortunately I died in that episode. I got better though and now it’s time to talk about this true story that is totally made up! Joining me is my good friend Ryan Hickey from the Fright Night episode!

  1. I used to watch Bloodsport all the time… And those bloody cat noises used to get me… I was searching my room thinking there is a cat stuck somewhere in this house

  2. Marked out for the Minoru Suzuki cameo every time you cut to Ryan’s camera. That was a good match against Josh Barnett but not as good as Minoru Suzuki in Kaiju Mono, a movies I’s still waiting for Tony to review.

  3. All I'm thinking with the Monkey Fighting stance Is

Isn't that something some fighters sorta implement in UFC and stuff
Like maintaining a grounded position with a knee means you can't be kicked or something

Sure it looks stupid but like it MIGHT Probably doesn't but Might be a defensive technique for that "style" which is my only idea

  4. I love that people say it's exaggerated but On a Recent Movie Dumpster Episode
A Certrain Cocaine Grizzley pointed out the only true part to the story…..was before the "Based on a true story" card came up so like is this any more exaggerated than a Killer cocaine Bear or Texas Chainsaw Massacre

  5. I knew a pathological liar who would lie about literally anything. To prove a point, I once said some random word and he immediately began to lie about his extensive knowledge about it. I used to lie about why my dad wasn't around. 😥

  6. You may have already reviewed this – but can you review Oscar-worthy classic No Holds Barred with Hulk Hogan and Kurt Fuller? Would love to see your take on it 😂 I love it btw

  7. If I remeber right, someone did the math, (he claimed 56 consecutive knockouts) and in a bracket style tournament, for one person to fight 56 times, the starting pool would have to be like a million people, or some obscene number.

  8. My wife is constantly triggered by the "cat sounds" in Bloodsport. I hear it as one of those plastic horns but somehow I don't believe they hand those out at mafia sanctioned underground no rules mixed martial arts events.
