This boss took me a while. I was lucky with my Pals. I roamed around a lot and managed to catch some Pals way above my level. Sadly, I didn’t have a strong earth pal but I had 2 dark pals that were basically lvl 18 but had their levels synced down to my lvl 11-12. Still took me a while and my pals still nearly fainted.

Hey gymleadered which video did you upload that shows you displaying the dragon quest monster designs to pokemon monster designs side by side? If you can't find it do you have a short or image of it you could release?
Can't build a gun until lvl 19, I beat her with a crossbow and a 8 min fight. On regular dungeons a note. Always make sure you are full up on food before entering.
Am I the only one that isn't satisfied with palworld? The game is fine and time flew by from playing it. but there was a nagging thought in the back of my head "i want to play a pokemon turn based combat monster tamer game or harvest moon/stardew valley type farming game instead". I did play story of seasons on gamepass afterwards. and I think its time to try casette beasts. thats the only other monster taming game on PC gamepass. theres also monster santuary but the monsters were like dnd/jrpg monsters instead of cute pokemon type mosnters.
Rather than building walls around your base why don't you build your base in a plain area

I remember the first time I fought Zoe and her Pal. I was level 22 and had a number of resources and got the Metal Polearm and Bow and thinking I'm probably overleveled at this point… no. No, I was not. I wasn't doing a lot of damage and I had to run and hide from her attack and I think I lost two Pals. I was struggling so much, but I won on the first try and decided I'm going to level up and get better Pals and weapons.
Holey-moley I wasn't expecting the first Tower Boss to be so tough.
And I didn't know you can re-fight them.
This game is addictive. I've been over 30 hours so long and I'm enjoying it. I do wish the battles were a little more… in control? My Pals sometimes don't attack often enough. I'm saving my Legendary Spheres for the Jetragon I found and I need a Pal strong enough to hurt him so I can capture him.
i killed this boss on lv 14 / as soon as u can get the submachine gun and paired with nox was abit of kting but super easy

Can you breed bosses by the way and still have a big version of whatever pal?
I completed this at lv 12. If you keep swapping your pals out it will keep them alive. When he uses the laser attack recall your pal so they don't get hit
So i know you nessed up on some world settings slidders with damage until later….. but honestly Ed, mad respect for fighting Grizzbolt with THAT much health. I think in my game, which is stock standard Normal, had 3k-4k HP and died shortly after emptying Foxsparks flamethrower ability into it. You really had an insane struggle there.
The Food bag is great. I just put a stack of several hundred Berries in there, and don’t have to worry about food while adventuring.
My mining base has one of my Digtoise consistently spawn on top of an Ore deposit, so he does not know what to do and starves on top, literal steps from food. He grew depressed from Neglect, despite my best attempt to make him happy.
Hard mode is so much fun. Normal was just too easy. I didnt want to burn through the game too fast. Loving it.

1:50 – i built my first base close to the level 11 Chillet. It kept wandering into my base making my pals depressed from having to fight it all the time. So i restarted the world and went all the way to the bamboo island. Right next to a tier 2 dungeon spot.
Watching you play project zomboid would be fun. No taming though – just monsters
