🇻🇳SNAKE LIVER AND INTESTINES WITH GLASS NOODLES: Clean snake liver and intestines and place them in hot water. Add oil, garlic, organs, whipped eggs, glass noodles, and mung beans. Top with coriander, spring onions, and fried shallots.

🇻🇳FRIED MINCED SNAKE BONES: Mince the snake bones. Add garlic, chili, lemongrass, and stir fry. Add sesame, peanuts and water.
