  1. They could add something that shows how many lives you bought, which would hurt some ego’s of the hardcore players but not affect the casuals as much

  2. All these stupid little rules on the hardcore servers make it not hardcore lmao you people don’t know what hardcore is. A REAL HARDCORE SERVER would be the EXACT same wow, just with one life and that’s it. None of these stupid exceptions and exploit bans. The one and ONLY exception I can side with is not allowing dungeon spams for leveling. Get out there and level in the world like a man, it is called hardcore for a reason.

  3. About the disconnection problem: I don't really know how CipSoft worked it out, but whenever you disconnect in Tibia due to lag spikes, the monsters around you start to ignore you and you are sort of invisible even though you are physically still visible to other players. Yet, if you disconnect your internet on purpose, somehow the system recognises it and the game doesn't protect you anyhow. How does it work? I have no idea, but for old game as Tibia is, it works good.

  4. HC Ironman is the biggest flex in OSRS. Anytime you see someone in the sweaty gear you think “yeah ok 10k ppl have that” but with the red Ironman logo next to their name you KNOW that sweat their ass off to get it.

  5. 38:35 asmongold with the obviously correct solution. However, someone would actually have to think and work out the numbers. So here we go with common Blizzard solution of slapping a cooldown on it which can be done by an intern in half a day.

  6. The main reason that blizzard won't restrict trade or grouping in hc servers is that the old good recipe of D2 hc had all of above and was the best game ever created. ALSO I think they must add Etherial items or some other interesting things that can keep you alive.. ❤❤

  7. This is fantastic so far, the duel to the death idea is really cool and seemingly came from blizz devs themselves, as i dont really think it was a concept on the unofficial hardcore servers, so props to them for adding their own spice on top. The only two things I could ask for is 1) characters that die being transferrable to non-Hardcore realms, and an Ironman mode on character creation where you are completely blocked off from partying, trading, mail, auction house, and receiving buffs from other players. You have to do everything solo, as if you were on a private server and were the only player on it.

If they added these two features I could see myself (and many others) playing classic wow for another five to ten years
