Bro the fact the Cour 2 when Bleach returns will have even BETTER animation is mind boggling. Bleach finna take over 2023 bro. I hope we get a Video Game in 2023 since Kubo already hinted that one is in the works.
Zangetsu was the white Ichigo, a mix of his hollow and shinigami powers. He literally told him when they met so Ichigo coul control his power "Where is old man Zangetsu!?" "I already told you, I AM ZANGETSU!"
Zangetsu is the mix of White with his shinigami powers, Yhwach was his quincy powers. In fact when he fought Kenpachi he used the shadow power of the Quincy in that little time out, the blut vene to stop Ichigo's bleeding and lent him quincy power to defeat Kenpachi. When he fought Byakuya, it was Zangetsu who intervened and in fact he said "You're pathetic, Ichigo! Let me show you how you should use Bankai!"
Plus, in episode 19 (or 20), Yhwach tried to tell his real name to Ichigo but it was blurred, but in the jap sub you could hear the final part of the name "ha".
17:01 Fun fact: Aizen has literally stated that Urahara is smarter than him. Also, the mangaka Tite Kubo originally considered making Urahara the final villain but changed his mind.

The reason why Ishin didn't use his Bankai is because Aizen's sneak attack damaged him too much. In the manga, Aizen says that Ishin's Bankai takes a heavy toll on his body, so he wasn't in peak condition to use it against White.
Also, I believe it's implied that the Getsuga Tensho that he used against White's spirit within Masaki was his Engetsu's FInal Getsuga Tensho.

36:07 White- is Zangetsu. In the soul reaper arc WHITE literally says I AM ZANGETSU. in this episode Yhwach said “IM NOT ZANGETSU & your reaction is “YHWACH IS ZANGETSU.” NOOOOO. Quincy power is the image of Yhwach. Lol it’s not hard to understand. Regardless of what Ichigo said Yhwach is not Zangetsu. That’s like you having a step dad and you only call him dad cause that’s all you know. He’s not his dad but to HIM he is his dad. Same concept
