  1. Silicon Messiah, Tenth Dimension and the Infinite Entanglement Trilogy are not only some of the finest concept records but flatly, some of the best metal records of all time. Blaze is a legend in every sense of the word and I feel honored to have a signed copy of Tenth Dimension in my record collection.

  2. Great video! Thanks so much for including my question Barry, And he gave a very heartfelt answer. I too think it’s a shame we won’t get to hear those songs intended for that third album, I’d love to see Blaze and Steve collaborate again in a similar vein to the ‘Heaven and Hell’ project with Sabbath. Blaze’s story of triumph over failure has always been an inspiration to me, and now that he’s built an amazing body of solo work I can’t wait to see more of what he does in the future!
Well done for producing yet another iconic interview and UP THE IRONS 🤟🏻

  3. Thank you Barry for asking Blaze my question. I truly feel like the X Factor is a classic. Blaze did such an amazing job with Maiden and to me The X Factor is one of the greatest Maiden albums ever. I really loved hearing how much he loves his fans and his passion when he was talking about Hawking or the trials and tribulations of life. So glad you got to do this interview. One of my favorites and I have even more appreciation for Mr. Bayley

  5. The celebration of the life and independence of Stephen Hawking sounded really good BB said some lovely things about him. I have no idea what Stephen Hawking would have thought about the restrictions placed on us over recent years . Using his name and struggle to complain about these restrictions is a cheap shot. No one ever said if you go outside you will die ( they said of you mix with others you could spread a killer disease) the restrictions were always there to protect others . Had ST been alive during the pandemic I would have thought Covid would have killed him if he caught it. He was exactly the type of person the restrictions were designed to protect.
I and my family lost someone close due to Covid , a disease undoubtedly spread by those who put their own short term freedoms above the lives of others.
It seems strange he should make a point of his views on this when promoting his album , when feelings remain raw , putting himself firmly in the Eric Clapton/ Van Morrison camp , or that's it came across to me. I went to one of his gigs once and have a signed album both very good . If he had kept his Covid restrictions comments to himself and just talked about ST I would have bought the album, but I have have plenty of other stuff I can listen to and buy. So he has lost a sale. BB of course has a right to an opinion but should expect a reaction if he airs them . I have aired my opinion and distress towards his comments, and am leaving it at that. I won't be getting into any arguments with anyone over this .

  6. Met Blaze Bayley once on a US tour, very cool guy… took a pic w/ him. Hardly anyone at the show (cos GWAR was playing nearby that same night!) but he cranked out over an hour of metal tunes, including Iron Maiden… and he sounded phenomenal 🤘🤘He is a beast of a vocalist on the mic… no gimmicks… no autotune… just powerful voice and stage presence.

  7. Blaze always has something positive to say. He is a gentleman and perseveres through adversity. And he wants his fans to know that they should fight through adversity, too. Never give up.
Great interviewing, as you let him speak without interrupting. I think in the first 13 minutes you only needed to ask 2 questions.
