  1. This project could have been a 10 if not for the following:
    – Opening with a Prisoner of Azkaban line
    – Killer Mike pretending to be a killer
    – Close to Famous beat is kinda annoying unless you listen through earbuds
    – Maybe 1 or 2 more hooks

  2. Madlib actually used the almost famous sample on georgetown by loyle carner much better. It was a shock to hear the same sample on two different tracks released in such a short time apart.

  3. Can't agree about "Close to Famous" listening to it now and it slaps just as much as the rest of the tracks. I will agree that it doesn't come together to make something more than the sum of it's parts. Solid 9/10 for me. My second favorite album of the year behind Will Wood's "In case I make it" which I'd love to see you review!
