why doesn't arkhan start at the pyramid of nagash or tower of arkhan, that way you can see more fighting between him and khemri also first
one more thing, now i am very divided between 3 factions repanese, imrik, or malekith cause all seem like really cool campaigns but you don't see them for warhammer 3. I know you did imrik in warhammer 2 and i don't know how much he has changed since then. So this is just a request but pls have your next vote be either bretonian, high elves, or dark elves

i've never played tomb kings [when i played tabletop being a vamps fan] but i'm enjoying your playthrough arkhan is a good mix to introduce them to me 🙂
i would think it advantageous to solidify your foothold at the black pyramid with your armies and go after voltimar while you can unless chaos comes after you

Since there is mods for that, I'd be totally fine if you took away Kairos ability to stop your faction. It's an I infutiating ability with 0 counterplay that does nothing but slow down the playthrough….
i think martial disipline and restore nehekaran glory are there for a lord that you keep to defend your lands while the other options are for a lord that goes and fights
Sadly Tomb Kings don't get Student ancillaries.
I never would expect to see a diplomatic approach to dealing with factions in an Arkhan playthrough. But it's a nice change of pace seeing diplomacy rather than just straight conflict.
And with Settra being right there means the battle of the hats is soon to be upon us. But I think you should keep the Black Pyramid of Nagash. It give the enemy a possible gather point for your forces to constantly grind them into dust. And it'd fit thematically as Nagash would not be pleased if you took back his Black Pyramid, only to then lose it some time later. So possibly seek to hold it and fortify it so that the enemy will lose every time they try to take it.

tomb kings do not get student ancillaries. only way to get more research rate is to farm the Lepanse trait and Ikit claw trait. RIP Lepanse

I also find it annoying that the pyramids have zero garrisons . Thankfully there's a mod for that on the workshop, thought idk if it's SFO compatible.
