No back then, when we were children watching them at their up and coming stages, to them, they were balling and making money. At some point they were going to realize they were being played. I swore TLC were some super rich females, until they came out and said they weren’t making money. Sometimes, the wool is pulled over their eyes too. They weren’t nearly as educated and boisterous back then as they are allowed to be now and there is nothing wrong with using their platforms to tell it. Some are afraid still, and some are not. But they never asked US to put them on a pedestal; the people did that themselves.
