    A guy from bitfury had this to say. Seems reasonable and not shady to me…

    "You are absolutely right on non dilution. The deal envisages distributing existing shares to existing Bitfury shareholders. We did this as result of speaking to many institutional investors that didnt like very large Bitfury shareholding. We believe this is in best long term interests of the company. We believe in management continuing their stellar execution and last thing we wanted to have them “held back” by the overhang. IMO the market greatly over reacted but it is what it is. I, like you, believe in the cycle (this is #4 for me) and confident once #BTC    gets really going, the company will do extremely well. Thats my personal view."

    Anyway, likely and over-reaction… but you are right. Selling all those shares.. will that hold share price down?

  9. CIFR has always been volatile… its big moves up and down make it a great swing trade candidate. I sold at $4 and now I'm looking to jump back in below $2. Will average in if it keeps dropping below $2. I feel confident that CIFR will pop back up to $5, by end of year at the latest. I'm just going by the charts since we don't know when Bitfury will distribute.

  15. Hi Seb.. I got into Bitmining stocks lately after losing major chunk in other commodities; and started watching ur views here. Thanks for ur insights. Just 1 question: I trade only on TSX and currently have Bitf 60%, Hive 35% & Hut 5%. Will it be fine keeping this proportion (hodl) or should I go for a self review. Just seeking ur opinion. (I aim for atleast 3x+ wayforward before selling).

  21. Great Update..Perhaps Bitfury will complete the sale of 55 percent of Cipher approximately 142 million shares before the Bitcoin Halving..And the new shareholders will keep the Cipher shares and wait for Bitcoin to go up after the Halving Event.

  22. Core Scientific will Probably do a Secondary Offering for an additional 100 to 200 Million Shares to raise Capital on The Nasdaq..Core Scientific just increased their Charter for 1 billion shares taking into account the 10 for 1 reverse split..
