It's still meaningless gobbledygook. All firearm laws are just fancy infringements. Arms are arms. Don't get caught up in playing their games.

Another piece of completely symbolic and absolutely useless legislation with ZERO chance of passing the US Senate (needs 60 votes to get past filibuster) and even if it did Biden wouldn't sign it and you'd never get a veto proof super majority vote either. But good on ya introducing it. Nice feather in your cap for your next election. You can go out there and say "I tried, and the fight is only just beginning, so for just $20 or whatever you can afford, re-elect me and we'll get em next time".
So I purchased a car, where 49,915 people died in vehicle accidents in 2021. When do we learn vehicles with combustion engines, that can exceed 25 MPH are illegal? I bought them when they were legal, manufactured by a very regulated standard, AND allegedly killed fewer than 28,900 people than recorded shootings during the year 2021? Will we be criminals? Should we take them to the scrap yard?

I never understood why bills are even introduced when another party has the senate. They should be working on the unconstitutionality of it through lawsuits etc. Not wasting time with bills. This is a MUST READ! Do not go and register your pistols with braces! It’s a trap! The ATF knows that so many people are going to be registering their pistols as SBRs in the coming months. The ATF has 88 days to make a decision, whether or not, they think you should have an SBR, since they cannot complete the decision in that short of time because of the volume of people trying to do this everything is void and they will decline you. Now, since you tried to register as an SBR, you are now incriminating yourself because they know you have an SBR now an illegal one at that. The ATF knows what they’re doing to make you a felon and they have full intention to do so if you go to register for an SBR and they declined you. You are now a felon and your name your address and your dogs name is all on a list and you fucking fed it to them.
I live in west Virginia so I am very glad to hear about this bill being brought to Congress what really sucks is I literally just bought a brace a few days ago and didn't even know any of this was going on and now they're trying to make them illegal or harder to acquire yea.. that really sucks I definitely support the Bill #The2Virginias' on top of that a man was just shot less than 30 feet from my clients doorstep this past Sunday in the middle of the evening about 5:30 and I am an in-home health provider I honestly feel this government doesn't care for the safety of the general public especially after having something like that happen at WORK!!! Not to mention these guys walk around with secret service 24/7 and bodyguards while the little people of America have shit it really sucks

I think this misses the more important point. Pistol, rifle, shotgun, AOW, destructive device, all of this just obscures what should be a very simple subject.
They are all small arms that every individual has a right to keep and bear. Rights are not up for negotiation, and they certainly are not up for debate. The constitution, the Supreme law of the land, does not specify which arms I may keep and bear. And as a document it does not exist to limit the citizen. It exists solely to limit the government. That's it.
People need to put their foot down as loud as they can. It is high time to repeal the NFA and abolish the ATF with extreme prejudice. Every member of that organization that still remains at this point in time is complicit in the organization's crimes against the people and they have broken their oaths.
If the rule stands, thousands of import guns would have to be turned in or destroyed as an only option. Insane!!
In reality the ATF had no right to rule pistol braces ok in the first place. That should have come from congress also. They should be stopped from making any laws.
Why not just support the bill removing SBRs from the NFA?
Even if this bill Gains enough strength and passes to the senate , Brandon will veto it .
Why won't the legislature ban atf from making laws and knock them off their high horse.
