I hope the game gets some items that experiment with ranged weapons that have negative knockback, that pulls enemies toward your melee. Just a thought

The fact that the tears get piercing at tier 3/purple is amazing
You missed the part where you get free bandana when Isaac tears goes from blue to purple, meaning you don't need to rely on bandana rng. Best part about the weapon
I am pretty impressed with the degree of balance applied to the new Isaac themed items.
I amend this to add that it can result in absolutely busted runs, perfect.
Sacred Heart must have some kind of gimmick that isn’t listed on the item.
Theres no way it scales worse than Isaac’s tears with a nearly twice as long cooldown just because they made it bad as a joke.
Both items at epic also only had one piercing.
Not sure if that is the right place but I wanted to ask if anyone can tell me if Blood Donation and Rip and Tear are a good item combination for a Bull run through danger 3,4 and 5?

Gotta do an Eden run, restart until you get a legendary and then build your run around it~
Well the icon for Isaac’s tears 3 is red because a there’s a few items which turn them red. Those items also come with a damage increase, so making them red at higher levels fits very well.
Luck may not affect the shop greatly, but i feel like there are significantly less crate drops when ur at low luck.
