Stopped playing Arena months ago, never looked back. It's just not real Magic, but simulated one in order to squeeze as many gems as possible. I mean, if a very good drafter like Kenji loses 15k gems in two weeks of a new draft format, what kind of hopes could you, an average drafter, ever have against the shuffler?

For real flood/ screw is so much more common in this format. Don’t know how, but even with 16 lands in every deck I get at least two losses due to immense flood every draft..
.. i consider myself a good drafter and especially good at identifying early in a new format the best strategy (i play only limited since urzas saga ,im an old dog 🙂 ) so,having said that oh man ,this is a frustrating format !! Its crazy how playing 1st/ 2nd can drastically change your win rate even in best of 3 !! God forbid if you miss a 1 drop or 2 drop and your opponent plays one its a lost cause already ..
So.. my fellow drafters try making your average casting cost 2 to 2,5 in draft and mulligan always if you dont have an early play!

I had a golgari dream draft deck with 4 bombs, nissa, sheoldred,evolved spinoderm,phyrexian arena and too many good 2-3 drops, i dont know how i lost 1-2 traditional, and when i had an all common ohrzov deck i went 3-0, this set is just too bad…
