  1. Just to help clarify something on the +1 save from that Ancient Fury strat, how it works will depend on the wording. If the strat modifies your Save Characteristic rather than your save roll, it will have no effect on units with natural 2+ saves since the Glossary says that WS, BS, and Sv characteristics can not be improved to 1+ or better(this rule is found in the "Modifying Characteristics by Improving, Reducing or Worsening Them" section).

  2. Gladiator Reaper doesn't want lethal hits – Into chaff, S6 with twin-linked is already sufficient to wipe them out, and against tough invuln targets it wants to fish for Devastating Wounds with Twin Linked.

  3. I am so sad about RG, ooo range but I want jump packs and go into melee. This is frustrating and the with all of the cover and a shorter board. fucking why, RG iis just trash all of the time

  4. Infiltrating Eradicators?! That sounds hilarious. Infernus marines or Assault Intercessors could be good for this as well. Could be good for putting down screens to protect your Infiltrators. Now I wanna see the data cards for the command squad and the scouts. Could be fun to eject a whole command squad right into their front lines.

  5. For the ironhands "ironstorm" spearhead, he may be expensive at 250 points
    But carab culln is an epic hero with the captain ability for the "0cp stratgem once per round"
    Take him and another dread and youre running both of them with ancient fury or tank shock for 1cp! Hes also a great peice; just wish he got rules as one of the few epic hero dreads and got reduced in price to say like 200

  6. The Iron Hands detachment rule: That's a re-roll per unit per PHASE, not per turn? If it's per phase does that mean I could move, then shoot, get a re-roll in that shooting phase, then charge into combat and then get a re-roll in the combat phase, too?

  7. I get the impression from watching these videos on the new Space Marine detachments, that they will all also have access to Oath of Moment as well as their own army rules. Am I right in thinking this is because it’s the army rule? If that’s the case, it’s unlikely many will stick with the Gladius Task force surely?
