  1. I don't think I'll leave you alone about this….
Rock crusher that's only big enough.
I'm pretty sure you're who I saw go visit a guy with a crusher that's small enough to fit into his shop.
So, you get one, maybe set it up in the covered space on that smaller piece of land you thinking about getting. If it's for sale.
So, Instead of paying to have busted up concrete hauled off and dumped, deliver it to yourself.
With you not having to pay someone their windshield time,
    Whatever the dump charges,
    FUEL!!
    Those savings should be significant.
You take you gravel with you from your yard. No more paying for gravel. Just load up before y'all need to leave. Bring the broke up concrete back with you and make more gravel.
I could swear you were the one that went on a field trip and visited a with a small crusher!

  2. The only thing I don’t like about the mt100 is that the hydraulic aren’t powerful enough to flick the material into the bucket like a skid loader does. I use them every day with interlocking projects should get the forks also for it they are good on fuel also usually use about a tank a day and that’s it running hard for like 8 hrs

  4. Funny enough, I think this business is being underestimated. I think it has HUGE potential and might even overtake the concrete business income wise. With Ryan and the brand being known, I don’t think theres going to be issues getting stuff rented. When the economy goes down, renting is also recession proof since its a cheaper alternative.

  6. Ryan you might want to think about hiring a foreman or two I’ve noticed you run around the jobs doing everything and you’re guys have to be told what to do at each and every step and if you leave for more than a minute they’ll be sitting around doing nothing if you can find a good foreman or two maybe you could focus more on bidding on more work and maybe it would take some of the load off your back but then again that could go either way too depending on the circumstances good people are hard to find these days
